You may have heard of Net Nanny, the leading Content Control program that has offered internet protection for families, couples, and organizations since 2001. It’s also one of our newest eCommerce Cost Per Sale offers on PeerFly.com (Lauren mentioned it in the 2016 Holiday Gift Guide Blog Post). In the spirit of past offer informational posts we’ve released on the PeerFly blog, I’d like to delve into some more information on the products Net Nanny offers, and some tips and information that can help you successfully promote the Net Nanny Affiliate Program to your audience.
I’ll start out with some basic info on the company and products:
Net Nanny is an innovative company focused on delivering internet protection solutions for the consumer, library, education, government, and business markets. They provide top-rated internet protection tools specifically designed for the non-technical user. The supported platforms are Windows, Mac OS X, Android, and iOS. The Cost to Consumer is $39 per device annually, or $59.99 for the Net Nanny Family Protection Pass that covers 5 devices (upgraded plans are available with more devices).

Some statistics that you can use in your marketing:
The average age that kids receive their first smart phone is age 12.
82% of kids are exposed to inappropriate material online before age 11.
Net Nanny Demographic & Targeting Tips:
This will convert like crazy if they target rural, desktop-based, tech late adopter parenting households.
Mobile is harder to convert. Mobile can work, but if you can target desktop, you’ll do much better.
Parents are a big user of these products, especially moms. Moms above the age of 30 convert best.
20% of Net Nanny users aren’t parents at all, but men who have installed this due to porn addiction (often at wives/girlfriends urging).
After Christmas, all the way through the month of January, is a peak time for this product. A ton of new devices were gifted for the holidays. People will be activating these computers, tablets, and phones, and parents will be looking for internet protection options.
