Illinois Affiliate Nexus Tax Ruled Unconstitutional

The Illinois Circuit Court declared the Illinois Affiliate Tax Law unconstitutional and invalid in a ruling on April 25, 2012. This is a victory for affiliates who wish to live and operate their business from Illinois, and it could also bode well for striking down similar laws that other states have enacted.
